4 Gold Sheen Back from let-up. Looks the leader and has won at Tokyo before. Ideally suited.
5 Seiun Pursuit In the money last start running second at Nakayama when fresh. Looks the leader and down in distance. In with a chance.
6 England Eyes First-up after 18 week spell. Comes to hand quickly and placed at Tokyo when last first-up. Has genuine early speed. Expected to be a contender.
7 Granite Peak First run for a new trainer and looking for a hatrick after winning two in a row at Nagoya. Has genuine early speed. Place only.
8 Girls' Legend Let-up. Looks the leader. Commands serious thought.
9 Thurston Chicago Let-up for 12 weeks and having first run for a new trainer. Hasn't placed in seven runs. Hard to get enthused.
