1 Haguregumo Amongst the placegetters last start running second at Mombetsu when first up. Has a lot of early speed and draws to do no work. The testing material.
2 Lore Ran sixth last start at Mombetsu when resuming. Has plenty of early speed and a likely leader. Winner at the track before. Should go well.
3 Todoiwa Wind Finished midfield last start at Mombetsu when first up. Has genuine early speed and generally strong second-up. Place.
4 Copano Stephanie Won once this prep at Mombetsu nine runs back. Has a lot of early speed and rates highly with Yuji Iwahashi back on board. Knockout hope.
5 Antenna Last Finished six lengths off the winner last start at Mombetsu when first up. Looks the leader and rates highly with Genta Ochiai aboard. Commands serious thought.
6 Dia Crystal Ran seventh last start at Mombetsu. Has a lot of early speed but still appears tested.
7 Salam Back from 20 week spell and first race for Takahiro Ishimoto. Won at Nagoya in first outing. Cannot rule out.
8 Katsuno Okan Back after 29 week break and winner when on debut at Mombetsu. Has plenty of early speed and a likely leader. Can surprise.
