1 Spin The Blood Finished nan off the winner at only start at Nakayama. Draws to do no work and expect to lead. Should go well.
2 Kyoei Soupir Ran fifth last start at Nakayama when resuming. Has a lot of early speed and should find the lead easily having drawn well. Place chance.
3 Babylon Let-up for 11 weeks. Looks the leader but Ko Nagahama not a regular jockey for this trainer. Looks tested.
4 Golden Leap Ran seventh last start at Fukushima when first up. A good chance.
5 Shin Proletariat Finished 11 lengths back last start at Hanshin. Has genuine early speed but this campaign's form has left a lot to be desired, still expected to be a contender.
6 Euros Yet to place in seven attempts. Capable of racing on speed but ran fourth at Fukushima in only second-up attempt. Appears safely held.
7 Teruken Ren Joy Ran five lengths back from the winner last start at Nakayama. Has a lot of early speed and returns to shorter trip. Can get the job done.
8 Brick Barn Ran eighth last start at Fukushima when fresh. Capable of racing on speed and placed at Hanshin in only second-up attempt. Capable of getting into the money.
9 Rikea Violet Back from let-up and still a maiden after 10 starts. Capable of racing on speed but not in this.
10 I Saw The Light Let-up. Ran seventh at only start at Nakayama. Not keen.
11 Thatcher Tesoro Ran eighth last start at Nakayama and should run fitter for past attempts. Not here.
12 Retour Returns from 10 week let-up. Finished midfield at only start at Kyoto and has the speed to overcome an unfavourable draw. Needs the breaks.
13 Golden Rookie Hasn't placed in seven runs and returns to shorter trip. Rough claims.
14 Festive Karen Back after 16 week break and has the speed to overcome a very wide draw. Has a lot of early speed. Sneaky chance.
15 Chondrite Let-up for 11 weeks and first race for Takanori Kikuzawa. Generally strong first-up placing at Tokyo last attempt. Serious player.
