1 Tochino Homare In great form this prep winning twice and placing in all other attempts. Has a lot of early speed and a track specialist winning twice at Kasamatsu. Should be thereabouts.
2 Schrodinger Finished worse than midfield last start at Hanshin. Capable of racing on speed and down in distance. Place only.
3 Cavalla A 15 start maiden. Looks the leader but has not won in 12 outings to Kasamatsu before. Outsider.
4 Namura Rucola Back after 25 week break and having first start for a new trainer. Has a lot of early speed. Among the main chances.
5 Namura Daryl Can't knock the form with two wins from eight attempts this campaign and goes well at Kasamatsu. Has genuine early speed. Genuine contender.
6 Profiterole Finished 15 lengths back last start at Kasamatsu. Has plenty of early speed and a likely leader but still outsider.
7 Verdade Let-up for 10 weeks. Capable of racing on speed. Will take a power of beating.
8 Precursor Returns from 11 week let-up. Finished 11th at only start at Kyoto. Appears safely held.
9 Infini Wraith Won once this prep at Kasamatsu three runs back. Looks the leader and returns to shorter trip. Seems unlikely.
10 Alfheimr Back from 14 week spell and first run for a new trainer. Commands serious thought.
