Personally i stake to win 5% of my bank including my stake according to the price i obtain, ie if my bank is 10,000 then i am staking to win $500 of each bet. If the selection is paying aroud $10 then i bet around $45...45 + 45 at $10 is $450 which equals $495. Dyanmic race odds will also help you by having to shop around. Try it out, i think they have a free trial of 1 or 2 days.
Im off to a Betfair seminar on Wednesday. Will let you know how it goes. I find it pretty easy to lay them I have only lost once in 4 weeks which was on Swift Alliance who won on protest!! I have found the maiden Saturday races are usually good for a lay.
