Hi Luc, that issue with a Black Booker winning then being removed from book day after and not showing in ratings for that day seems to still occur? I'll be removing Ira Bean, Trepidation & Glitzabeel tomorrow for example as they won today....when I study my form I will often refer to past ratings and see if I can work out why certain runners were tipped strongly/Black Booked...Hope there is some way of getting snapshot of ratings at close off (Black Bookers & All).

Tipped Kirinata @ Canterbury R6 N3 and it dead heated for 1st. Now my results has it as $3.70 win & $3.70 place, the win should be around $6.50. Could you look into this and change it if it is incorrect.

Just a query on a purchase of tips. In my 'sales' it comes up as my tips being purchased yesterday with a profit gaurantee. Profit was achieved but tips were refunded to the purchaser. Could you have a look please and email me at tipswinzeus@hotmail.com with details. Thanks

Notice that on the drop down menu for tipping tomorrow (Saturday) that Hong Kong doesn't rate a mention yet. However, Singapore which has no meeting tomorrow is there.

Ahh, you just use the Live Odds Web Service. I'm hoping that doesn't change. That would explain why you don't show their Fixed Odds on the Odds Comparison page.

I tried to ask them to include Fixed Odds into their Live Odds WS, surprisingly with no luck. So I have to scrape their Fixed Odds screens, which won't work anymore.

If only you could place bets in their Express Bet format using their Live Odds WS then I'd be happy.

Totally agree!! It really pisses me off that a big company like that can be so clueless.

I find it especially annoying because now their pricing data, which is in their best interests that you have access to, is now harder to programatically retrieve and I think it will be pretty hard now to have a computer place bets automatically for you etc.

Do you guys need to interface with their site at all, or do you just get your odds from Luxbet? I assume for your Odds Comparison page you will need to source it somehow?

If a horse if deleted from a users Black book the day after the race it should really still show up in the ratings previous results shouldn't it? I had "swiper the fox" & "innovation" both in the book but then removed them today as they won...

Hi Luc , just had an idea .... Think it would be a bonus for tip buyers to access a secure link thru the p.p website to get a detailed explanation of the tippers reasons and explanations for there tips of which they have purchased... For example i am tipping the full card at hong kong on sunday but to punt successfully on the day 3 bets per race are needed to take the risk out of the day , I provide a detailed email with all my thoughts and tipping factors race by race aswell as place bets and other information .But some dont want to use email or cant etc..... I would think that this would be a great asset to your site for the buyers to unlock the information box after buying the tips to get the extra info to be really informed by my and others way of thinking and analysis !! I am a punter and we all need the extra info b4 putting the hard earned on ...Sure sales would go up for everyone and i have never seen or heard of a site like it ....

hi luc just to let you know as it turns out I dont have a sportsbet account as It seems that sportsbet.com.au is not actually tab sportsbet I was under the impression that it was and the sportsbet account no. that I have given punters paradise is acctually a tab sports bet acc number wich is different as i have just been informed by tab sportsbet today so there fore I am ineligable to recieve the 60 dollor free bet as I have put a different sportsbet company account number there fore can you please erase me from the sportsbet comp so that I can axess the comp entry if I decide to open a sportsbet.com.au account and then I can enter the comp and actually maybee win something this time oh well us fisherman arent that bright mate thats why we are just fisherman i guess anyway if you could erase that number i can open a sportsbet account today and try again this weekend that would be great thank you and sorry for wasting your time rory.

The figure I see on your "Betfair March Tipping Competition" page is
........................ 2nd RedStar $32,100 $10,280 .....................
but when I check by going to extract my tips from history for the period of 1 to 13 March I got total of $12960. So I am short for $2680. Could you tell why?

hey luc Singapore percentages for Singapore placings on my account shows 75% for placings despite 1 win and 3 placings from 4 which technically is 100% as all runners returned a place divi.

Ok...looks like I'm good to go with SportsBet.....They have kindly re-opened my original NZD account.
So the username I first registered with for the comp should be fine ( as long as I show up on leaderboards this time ).....Just need you to let me know what the go is with luxbet?

Hi Luc, I seem to have missed a trick when entering the Sports Bet comps, when I opened my acc I failed to note that I had to have an AUD currency acc to be eligible for competitions....I will attempt to get this changed although they state in FAQ section it cannot be? But under the competitions section of PP it says I'm entered, then I just don't show up on leaderboard? was a little misleading....can you take a look?
