2 Peach Liqueur Beaten by 16 lengths last start at Saga. Looks the leader but seems unlikely.
3 Shigeru Ruby Ran 13 lengths back from the winner last start at Saga when resuming. Has plenty of early speed and a likely leader but ran ninth at Ohi in only second-up attempt. Looking elsewhere.
4 Prason Having first run for a new trainer. Has a lot of early speed and returns to shorter trip. Prefer others.
5 Perry Island Has placed in three runs from 10 this campaign. Has genuine early speed and has placed twice at Saga before. Will take a power of beating.
6 Ford Tesoro In the money last start running third at Saga. Capable of racing on speed and has outstanding form at this track. Well placed.
