1 Yellow Dia First race for Sameshima Katsuya. Looks the leader and drawn perfectly. Not the worst.
2 T M Sagadon Finished 10th last start at Saga. Has a lot of early speed and returns to shorter trip. Not here.
3 Kentucky Nisei Won last start at Saga. Has genuine early speed and Taku Kawashima has had success aboard previously. Expect to be right up there.
4 Artemis Bio Can't knock the form with two wins from eight attempts this campaign. Looks the leader and has outstanding form at this track. Well placed.
5 Be Alive Back from let-up. Capable of racing on speed and has won twice at Saga before. Sneaky chance.
6 Viento Maruko Finished midfield last start at Saga. Has a lot of early speed and should run fitter for past attempts. Look to others.
7 Verde Scuro Amongst the placegetters last start running third at Saga. Has a lot of early speed and down in distance. Not the worst.
8 Onriedo Won once this prep at Mombetsu six runs back and increase in distance may not suit. Has a lot of early speed but still look to others.
9 Daimei Himawari Has two wins from nine attempts this campaign. Has plenty of early speed and a likely leader. Returns to shorter trip. Capable of getting into the money.
10 Crown Flash Amongst the placegetters last start running second at Saga. Capable of racing on speed and Isao Yamaguchi has a strike rate of 27% for this trainer. Expect to be right up there.
11 Good Timing Back from 34 week spell. Looks the leader and has won at Saga before. Perfectly placed.
