1 Silverado Only just missed last start, finishing a nose back from the winner at Saga. Has genuine early speed but has not won in 10 outings to the track before. Prefer others.
2 Omega Ray Star Only just missed last start, finishing a nose back from the winner at Saga and has very strong form at the track. Has plenty of early speed and a likely leader. Not the worst.
3 Totem Pole Yet to break out of maiden grade after 16 attempts. Looks the leader but has not won at Saga previously. Cannot entertain.
4 Rummenigge Finished a nose back from the leader last start at Saga. Looks the leader. Can get the job done.
5 Miyuki Gekokujo A 16 start maiden. Has genuine early speed but has not won in 16 outings to Saga before. Can surprise.
6 Kurino Mangetsu First start for a new trainer. Has plenty of early speed and a likely leader. Won once this prep at Kochi four runs back. Looks tested.
7 Koyu Masani Kimi Won last start at Saga and has outstanding form at this track. Looks the leader. Can get the job done.
8 Crown Surprise Has two wins from 11 attempts this campaign. Looks the leader. Isao Yamaguchi and Shinichi Higashi are a proven combination. Probably wins
9 Grass Savior Yet to place in 11 attempts. Has genuine early speed but no wins in 11 past runs at Saga. Looks tested.
10 Nishino Stella Unplaced in career. Capable of racing on speed but not keen.
11 Saimon Karin Ran eight lengths back from the winner last start at Saga. Has a lot of early speed and returns to shorter trip. A winning chance.
