1 Neo True Yet to break out of maiden grade after 16 attempts but draws to do no work and expect to lead. Has genuine early speed but still appears safely held.
2 Neo Tokio Amongst the placegetters last start running second at Ohi and should find the lead easily having drawn well. Has plenty of early speed and a likely leader. Ideally suited.
3 Apollo Liam Has run in 11 races without placing. Has genuine early speed but no wins in five past runs at Ohi. Not the worst.
4 Una Montana Alta Last start win at Ohi took streak to three in a row and has multiple wins at the track. A good chance.
5 La Paix Le Ciel A 11 start maiden. Has a lot of early speed but without a win in 11 runs at Ohi. Appears safely held.
6 Kyowa Savior Finished sixth last start at Ohi. Looks the leader and returns to shorter trip. Not out of it.
7 Einosuke Has had 17 runs without breaking maiden. Capable of racing on speed but has not won at Ohi previously. Cannot entertain.
8 Galvanize Got the campaign off to a strong start winning when fresh and goes well at Ohi. Has a lot of early speed. Can get the job done.
9 Koa Lio In the money last start running second at Ohi. Looks the leader and won once this prep at the track three runs back. Not out of it.
10 Fox Sleep Still a maiden after 13 starts and down in distance. Capable of racing on speed but not keen.
11 Londonderry Air Finished worse than midfield last start at Ohi. Has plenty of early speed and a likely leader. Should run fitter for past attempts. Hard to have.
12 Hello Candy Unplaced in all five runs this prep. Looks the leader and has the speed to overcome an unfavourable draw but still looking to others.
13 Kitasan Beleza Has two wins from six attempts this campaign and has outstanding form at this track. Has a lot of early speed. Expect to be right up there.
14 Nansei Rapid Back after 22 week break and has won four times at Ohi before. Returns to shorter trip. Place only.
15 Lowering Looks Won last start at Ohi when fresh and has the speed to overcome a very wide draw. Outstanding form at the track. Well placed.
16 Kazuno Ikezuki Finished eight lengths back last start at Ohi but has the speed to overcome drawing the widest barrier. Has genuine early speed but hard to get enthused.
