1 Rocquemont Amongst the placegetters last start running third at Marseille-borely. Has genuine early speed and 6kg claim should help. Sneaky chance.
2 Cortez Bank Can't knock the form with two wins from 11 attempts this campaign. Looks the leader and has the speed to overcome a very wide draw. Expected to be a contender.
3 Royal Right Finished in the middle of the pack last start at Deauville. Looks the leader and won once this prep at Cagnes-sur-mer four runs back. Commands serious thought.
4 Black Falcon Has two wins from seven attempts this campaign and has very strong form at Marseille-borely. Capable of racing on speed. Can surprise.
5 Muelheimer Perle Placed last start at Marseille-borely. Has plenty of early speed and a likely leader. Has the speed to overcome drawing the widest barrier. One for wider exotics.
6 Sinndarillo Back from long spell of 50 weeks and first run for a new trainer. Won at Compiegne in first outing. Rates as one of the key chances.
7 Roi De Flandre Having first start for a new trainer. Capable of racing on speed but has not won in three outings to Marseille-borely before. Outside hope.
8 Rio D'octobre Back after 27 week break and should find the lead easily having drawn well. Has genuine early speed. Right in this.
9 Baileys Eclair Let-up for seven weeks and returns to shorter trip. Has a lot of early speed but not here.
10 Pop Life Returns from seven week let-up. Has plenty of early speed and a likely leader. A track specialist winning three times at Marseille-borely. Outside hope.
11 Aquilon Finished fourth last start at Marseille-borely. Has genuine early speed and should run fitter for past attempts. Hard to have.
12 Wild Sweetheart Ran seven lengths back from the winner last start at Lyon La Soie when resuming. Looks the leader but has not won in four outings to Marseille-borely before. Not keen.
13 Glacier Peak Unplaced in all five runs this prep. Has plenty of early speed and a likely leader. Has the speed to overcome an unfavourable draw but still this looks too strong.
