3 Godsend Let-up for nine weeks. Looks the leader. Hard to go past.
4 Brave Jackal Let-up for 10 weeks. Has plenty of early speed and a likely leader. Has won at Kyoto before. Needs the breaks.
5 A Lot Dream Last start winner at Nakayama. Has plenty of early speed and a likely leader. In strong form with two wins from nine attempts this campaign. Not the worst.
6 Miror Bergman Placed last start at Fukushima. Has genuine early speed but an untried jockey and trainer combination. Looks tested.
7 Love Kelly Let-up. Capable of racing on speed but no wins in three past runs at Kyoto. Forward showing no surprise.
8 Lorrenzo First-up after 15 week spell and first start for a new trainer. Has a lot of early speed but still this looks too strong.
