The Queen Mother Champion Chase, also know as the Champion Chase, is a premiere test of stamina and agility with twelve fences over a distance of 3219 metres (two miles).

The featured event on the second day of the Cheltenham Festival, this year sees the heavily favoured Sprinter Sacre who’s been dominant in winning his past seven starts over the fences.

The Nicky Henderson trained Sprinter Sacre (FR) enters off a victory in the Victor Chandler Chase (3420m), an event he won by fourteen lengths.
