sorry frappe, i do not check the wall too often. no go real easy on it cos i don't think it can win, in fact i am sure it will run 4th at near double figure odds!!....LOL.
SERIOUSLY.....all my selections will have a true real chance of winning the race all things being equal. i do not ever suggest that any selection should be smashed or go light on. simply use a safe staking plan based on a 40% win s/r and things will go ok. also i think you should read and take note of some of my other posts below as well. i am in it for the long haul!!

thanks for purchasing my tip today, sorry it did not perform but that is horse racing.

Got on you for the first time today. What do you reckon? Smash it? Or go easy?

hi podo,
i knew that you weren't having a go at me so no worries there!!, but i just wanted to explain that the profit is way above my expectations. it goes to show what can happen from such a small sample of bets.

hey groova, the shorter priced selections help to keep the s/r up and the run of outs down!. it is the ones from about $4 up that really creates the profit.

Fantastic tipping of late. Even though plenty of short price favourites, you're still putting the numbers up for a decent profit !

hey podo,

the % of profit is not sustainable longterm, simple as that!!. i aim for 10% profit each racing year and for the last 4 years have way surpassed that.
longterm, expect just over 40% win s/r and possibly 10-15% profit. you should be able to do better than that profit level by smart investing, i know i do!!.
as far as tomorrow is concerned at this stage i look like having half a dozen bets with none of them likely to be favorite (but you never know).
based on that info i may be lucky to crack 2 winners from them and make a nice profit on the day. but having said that, it is not what happens on one single day. it is what is in the bank after 12 months of investing!!. it is not how the confidence level is for one day of investing, it is the confidence to keep investing when the losers start to roll in. with a 40% win s/r you need to invest expecting a run of outs of 15 losers in a row. personally i invest 1 1/2% of my bank on every selection.
Sunday looks like 4 or 5 bets.
hope this helps
