Hi knig9701, I just wanted to let you know i've taken the time to look into the issue you spotted with winning/losing day calculations and have made a fix. Thanks for pointing it out! The issue was related to tipping new zealand, hong kong and singapore events - it was treating every overseas event as a seperate day. Regards, Luc

Last 10 weeks with my new rules:
26/11 profit of 32.30 points (18 bets)
19/11 loss of 6.60 points (17 bets)
12/11 loss of 7.5 points (21 bets)
5/11 profit of 12.80 points (18 bets)
3/11 profit of 2.70 points (8 bets)
1/11 loss of 4 points (4 bets)
29/10 profit of 120.40 points (Assertive Billy) (18 bets)
22/10 profit of 5.34 points (15 bets)
15/10 loss of 9.6 points (15 bets)
12/10 profit of 0.9 points (1 bet)
8/10 profit of 8.80 points (19 bets)

Note there are a couple of losing days, just stick with it for a few weeks if you land on one of those. It doesn't win every week but the key is to persist with it and you should be rewarded long term.

Sorry mate, I made an adjustment to my jockey bonuses and penalties and that seems to be working better. I still have to rework all my data prior to October and see how it works out. I have made my rules less strict so this means more bets which throws up higher priced horses like I used to only include the top 8 horses and prices less than $4. Now I am including any horse less than $6 with any number. I guess Spartacus has had a bit of an influence on me the way he does his tips. The only thing with this method is you can get longer losing runs which tests you out but you can also get longer priced winners. Anyway still more work to do but the new method seems to have some potential for the future.

Yeah mate, looks like a fluke agnst the rest of the day doesnt it.
Didnt get me out for the day....just have to learn to stay away from the shorter ones....my strike rate with those is pretty ordinary.

I appreciate your support. I apologise for the last few weeks results but hopefully it will turn around. I have made some modifications which will hopefully cut out some losing bets but otherwise I haven't changed things too much.

haha yeah i had been having a poor run in the couple of weeks before this week, but they happen and i usually turn them around as you can see over the 365 days. Thanks for your support, I hope the winners keep flowing.
