Infidel
My approach to racing is based upon scientific methods. The more beer you put in, the larger the bet you will make, thus greatly multiplying your winning chance with the bookies and ugly chicks. updated 1yr 2mth ago.
Hi. My tips in now and just one of them as Xanadu is the winner. 2 more to go soon, try me and good luck.
I got those ugly chicks down pat... Weird science that even without Kelly LeBrock...
listen infidel that old malaysian freak wouldnt have had a good horse if it were not for Bart. You would think after years of friendship he would have allowed the greatest trainer ever the luxury of having the champ. After all the miserable asian b*****d is just about in the coffin. So is he taking his money up to Mohammed? I'll be at Flemington throwing frozen dims sims at the p***k next year.
Hi Infidel,

Nice work, yourself! 2 from 2 last night at the Valley!
As you wrote Infidel, "Listen to that crowd DJ! 90,000 Honkongese going off their collective heads!"

That's Mark Up winning race 3, where the crowd was around 55,0000. By the main race, it had grown to 85,000 on track!
Sends a shiver up your spine doesn't it!

I'm real glad Infidel that you got my message that I was resuming tipping in Hong Kong. I too really enjoy Happy Valley. We had some real excitement there last season, and I remember you saying you had become addicted to Happy Valley on Wednesday night.
It really is just an exciting night's racing. The Hong Kong telecast broadcast on TVN is entertaining and professional. The finishes are nearly always competitive and the Chinese are real racing enthusiasts. To them winning is REAL SERIOUS BUSINESS!
And of course I love Jenny in the Mounting Yard!

Hi Infidel
Nice to hear from you. Yes Prebbles is on fire and he is riding brilliantly, this is his year to win the premiership. But my Douglas, who has won for the last nine seasons, is really going to chase hard to catch him. Prebbles rides Happy Valley brilliantly.
Talking of Happy Valley, I can report that *finally* the form seems to be getting back to normal in Hong Kong and I am therefore about to return to tipping from Happy Valley tomorrow night. I have got two horses that will go very close.
I have delayed tipping up till now because the reliability of the perFORMances hasn't been up to scratch this year, until the last couple of weeks.
I know you love sitting up watching Hong Kong from your Beer Garden, so I am hoping to capture again this year the excitement that we has last year!
And yes Darren Flindell is a great caller. He worked on Sky Channel here in Aussie back in the 90s before he got his position in Hong Kong!
See you in the Beer Garden mate!

I'm a one eyed Aussie fan in any sport, but I have to admit I enjoyed every minute of the first day's play in Sydney..........good to see the bowlers get a show before day 5.
Spoken by a retired fast bowler.

G'day mate. I remember a chat we had during the Ashes about placid wickets/big bats/small grounds and the old Gabba/Wacca pitches etc. If you get the chance check Peter (toffee sucking, plum holding) Roebuck's article in the Sydney Morning Herald today (19/11)....calling for a return of the fast, green, bouncy decks that sorted the men from the boys and made test match stats worth their salt.
Looking for a life changing moment.... Launceston Dogs Race 9. Secret inside information. Can't lose. I know six guys who know the trainer.
lol. I'm only half back infidel. The Hong Kong season commences on September 13 but I dont start playing Honkers hard until about 6 weeks into the season, at which time horses have had at least one run. That's not to say that I might not have a bet or two, but the ALL UPS with three or four horses wont start till around November. My HOT PERIOD in Honkers is between November thru to the end of the season in July.
However I will start posting some news from Hong Kong, there has been quite a lot happening over the summer break. The most notable being the owner of champion miler GOOD BA BA dumping its trainer Andres Schultz and transferring him to Derek Cruz. Schults was gutted on hearing the news while on vacation about a month ago.
As for Melbourne I only go half pace during the spring carnival, I fear it is going to be a very lacklustre carnival this year, all the good horses are dropping like flies with injuries. My HOT PERIOD in Melbourne is from December thru April: a 5 month period to win regularly and land those exciting ALL UPs. I work flat out during these 5 months.
I can't wait for Honkers to start infidel. I will post some more news on a new Hong Kong thread over the weekend. So dig up your betting banks that we buried during winter . . . . and lock up your daughters .... Dean John is back in town for Dato Tan TIM TAM Stakes Day at Moonee Valley on September 12.
Warm Regards

Manly make me sick!! Ha ha. Why would you want to follow an NRL team? I was sitting at the local drinking soda water worried that if the Storm stole the match off us in the dying minutes that I would throw up on the bar!!
With 20 minutes left i said to my missus
"Look at my hands"
I was shaking like a bitch!!

You must be enjoying the cricket as much as me!!!!!!
Anyone with Bob Hawke hair, a red wine nose, and a two-tone shirt/jacket/tie combo must be a cricket club or golf club member (judging by your profile picture).
