They spent some time on the first morning in Melb talking about Ed Cowans SR. Quite some time. It reflects a batsmens attitude to the game. Obviously if they score quickly they play lots of shots and therefore run a higher risk of getting out. Openers are meant to minimise risks, not maximise them. ...
