"missing out" comment was totally tongue in cheek. Good riddance to morons like that. Good luck for your future tipping.

Malti, I have been using this site to trial various systems and hence why I had a downward slope in my graph. But I have realised that WA I am showing a 12 month profit. So you really need to ignore all my other tips outside of WA. I also had a number of high priced winners a few weeks ago but I changed my strategy and didn't post them on here. So I am certaintly doing my best in regards to my tipping. I appreciate your interest. Download my results and look at WA tracks only and you will see a profit. That is my strength.

I know most people just look at the current results, but my reworked strategy since mid January this year is showing 164 bets for a return of 312.80 Profit of 12,180 on $100 bets. 45 winners (so 27%) I will continue to enter selections based on this strategy, I will stick with it and my climb up the board will begin. I wouldn't write me off yet. I am very very confident in 12 months I will be showing a profit on my graph. Stick with me and the rewards will come. 3 meetings per week about 15 bets per week.

Looks like it was good I didn't include Kalgoorlie, would of only had one winner (Massivo at 2.90) from 5 selections. Will be back on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday with tips. Stick with me. Should be showing a profit on my graph in the next 12 months. Have made some progress from the end of Feb where I was minus 6,000. As long as it is improving then that is all I can ask for. Small progress is a win in my book and then you build on that and build momentum.

No tips today, if I was putting in tips at Kalgoorlie these would be it. Race 3 Vaintrain, 4 Massivo, 5 Secret Glow, 6 Verster, 7 Hussandthem. Hopefully these all lose and make my decision right in not putting in tips at average meetings.

These are the old system results for the last 2 days:
Say Stars lost
Lisetta WON 4.00
Bustabill lost
Daneclicked lost
Dangerously WON 3.40
Doubtable WON 16.70
Endless Sacrifice WON 2.10
Petticoat Lane WON 16.90
Jest In Time WON 6.40

The 2 that I posted on here both lost. Unbelievable. All 3 bets won today and 3 out of 6 yesterday. I had to double check my spreadsheet a number of times and the results. If only I had of stuck it out the rewards would of come. I gave up on my own system and started doubting it and now it has proved to me that it does work.

i never know when i will have big day - its all a bit of a lottery.
i do them the same each day since settling on a process in September 2011.
was going great guns until March this year when dropped 12k in one month.
nothing different - it just went into free fall.
haven't had time to analyse and see if I can see anything different that month of March- a part from losing big time.

it happens all the time.
look back after a month and see what has happened.

I just had a look at the results and race 6 under my old method Daneclicked unplaced (ok) race 7 Dangerously WON 3.40 and race 8 Doubtable WON 16.40. Why does this happen? I backed all 5 picks I had on Sunday and nothing then I thought this is putting up too many bets and what happens 2 out of 3 that I took out win. Would have won 15 units if I left it the way it was. So annoyed now.

mate - the truth is , IMHO, people will only get interested in future results.
anything else is just numbers on a page.
that would i think explain the inertia.

start providing some winning tips on a consistent basis and everyone will be all over you like a cheap suit - and you can take that to the bank.

I have spent a day reviewing my WA system and the new selection criteria is pretty good. If you want me to send you a spreadsheet then post your email address and then delete the post. It should go through to my email address. It is a bit more selective but I would rather have less bets that are more consistent. I will also be keeping my subscription price in line with annual profits. Profit of 6,000 $59, 7,000 $69, etc. So get in early before it increases.

How close was Ballypatrick today, had it at $15. Still a good day though. I have been tracking popular pick since the 1st of January at Best tote if you bet under $2 inv 77 return 80.30 so (4% profit) showing a slight profit. But if back the popular pick $2 and above inv 52 return 82.70 (59% profit) So under $2 I only get a 4 % return which I can go to the bank for (not interested in that) but $2 plus a 59% profit so it is a lot different. Aussie you can tip some outsiders I will give you that but you do put a lot of tips in . If you could improve your system would be worth following. I had Pillow Time tipped on top but I thought Azzopardi is an average jockey at Belmont (wins less than 6% of races) and didn't include it. Just wins at $15.

also my plan is to jump on the popular pick ON Sunday - it has to be a special following 2 successive losses.
may be under $2 though

yes - i agree - i back my tips a bit but i am still in development phase.
my operation for the last 15 months has been to just get spatacus' tips - back them and go an do something else - a lot less stressful than working on your own tips 24 x 7.
in the mean time you can experiment and gather more and more data
I don't even look at the prices when i make my bets.

Aussie I think I have been looking for the holy grail of systems but it has been right in front of me, Spartacus is it. Why bother following other systems just concentrate 100% of my capital on his tips. If I had of done that in the last 6 months I would be a lot better off than I am. Anyway the lesson is learnt and I will stick to his tips only from now on . The most important factor for me is I now have the confidence now to back his tips at any odds, I wasn't able to do that at the beginning. Yesterday I backed a $36 winner, wow! A few weeks ago we had Shysta at $30, what next a $100 winner. I don't put it past the great man, a horse did win on Sunday at $110 that he has tipped before. So get ready for the big one.

I take everything you say seriously Aussie, you seem like you have been around a while and a smart guy. Spartacus is one of the best tipsters I have seen. I did say on his wall that he has helped transform me as a tipster and punter. I have only been with him since October last year and at the start I doubted some of his tips and didn't put them on and what happened they ended up winning. So I learned that lession, always place any bets that are good odds. The lower priced ones you can be a bit selective. Some of the reasons why he is the best, he tips horses regardless of odds, he doesn't place too many bets per day (no more than 11) some guys have 20 or 30 which is too much. He has a method which selects outsiders and if they are beaten it is generally poor rides. Ie. City Of Song a few weeks ago should of won and Sass 'N Smile (well you know about that one also). It surprises me how 10 or 20 guys often post to his wall but he has nearly 300 followers (what are the other 280 guys doing just watching???) So I never doubted his abilities, it was just some jockey errors that I saw the reason for the slide so I stuck with him and the reward came. Similar to my system last week where Surtifier won.

remember what I said about Spartacus and the chairlift

"as i said to you 6 months ago Spartacus is the place master-
.....
so my feeing is that in due course Spartacus will come good - or back to where he was re POT- and i want to be on that chairlift."

you would be spewing now if you had jumped off

cheers and good luck

thanks re your comments. i don't know why i do so well in Singapore (so far).
nothing different in the approach.
maybe wait another 6/12 before i get to excited.
i would love to find a filter to exclude some of my aussie losers.
the winners are there but they are surrounded by too many losers.
cheers and thanks again for the interest.

It would have been good if the longer term followers could have been on the last few days and cashed in the big days. I did everything I could to try to convince you guys but not to be. I guess that is dissapointing but I can assure there will be days like these to come. When will they be? I can't predict that unfortunately. On Saturday my shortest price horse ran second at $1.80 while the other 3 all won. Megem's Boy was available at $10 top fluc while Battle Emblem was available at $15. So best tote paid a lot less. Lesson do not back any horses under $2.00. I will do this from now on. It is a bad habit I have gotten in over the years but I am committed to breaking it now. I also backed Foxwedge and All Too Hard on the weekend which I am annoyed at because they were so short. So that is it for me with those sort of horses. My results and punting can only get better as a result. No more short priced horses if I know what price they will be and I am not betting on any horse unless I can at least get $2.00.

you hit the nail on the head there mate trying to follow too many tipsters is a recipie for disaster, ive recently cancelled 2 other subs (no disrespect to them) but i found on a saturday or wed i had way more than i wanted to bet, right now im on sparty place only, ive purchased your tips at times but unless i set a bank for you and bet all your tips money is wasted cause to pick any one individual winning day is next to impossible, i like what your doing atm, i was following you way back when you "found" one 1.40 winner every second saturday lol

So I am not perfect myself. I was telling everyone that you need to have a plan and stick with tipsters and make a committment. I didn't stick with Fatchesta yesterday and I missed out on a massive day. At the end of the day I should of made a decision regardless of the comments. Now I know how it feels and it feels awful. I know most of my followers will be feeling bad. So we all need to go forward and learn something and make sure this never happens again. I think the problem boils down to following too many tipsters and systems.
I back Spartacus's tips, my own WA tips, I have a black book which I back above a certain price range, I follow other free website tips. So all in all I am running 6 at the one time. I haven't included Fatchesta or Rancho which I haven't made a committment but have bought a few times and made money with their tips. How many is too many? I guess it is like the stock market, I am looking for a portfolio so if one is down then another is up, overall it will make money. But maybe I am trying to run too many. Have a look at what you are doing, are you doing the same. Also trying to catch tipsters on winning days will drive you crazy as you need to be nostradumus to predict if they will have a winning day.

I have been trying to tell you guys how my tipping is in WA. Profit of $9,170 last 12 months (would put me in the top 10) PP unfortunately do not have a filter where you can look up who is the best at each state. Ignore all my other tips and only look at WA. I even tipped only WA so people could see. I did have a few unlucky runs as you would know with Finnegans Gold and last week I Owe You. But that happens. I will have losing runs but I will bounce back. I have quite a few winners above $20 in the last month.
