As for a best bet, I would have to recommend Flemington R2 #1, Roses in the Glen. It has a great win & place strike rate, lightly raced, regular jockey is on board, loves the distance and it's at good odds 5-1 at the moment.

I'll give punters paradise speed maps credit for that, 9 times out of 10 they're spot on, especially where there's plenty of exposed form in a race.
