No one in Australia pays tax on gambling winnings. That's un-Australian. We pay enough bloody tax just by having a bet.The ATO's argument will be that Zelkjo and the gang aren't gambling.

I can't consider Black Caviar a champion until she wins the Grand National and the 1500m Freestyle at the London Olympics. I'm sorry, but until she gets out over distance in the pool she'll just be a good water walker to me.

I think for TAB's to rejig the computers so that you can have more than 24 horses in a field was estimated to cost them a couple of million - in the grand scheme of things that is SFA. Every year this happens and yet they still don't get off their fat dates and do something.

It's amazing how many times Lloyd Williams horses get scratched. Almost like he's in cahoots with the bookies. Only a lunatic would take one of his horses antepost.
