Usually not. What is happening is that I run a list of rules I have come up with for all races and then take the top 10 so that there isn't a lot of bets (otherwise we would have 40 or 50 bets some days). When a scratching occurs or a meeting gets abandoned I go back through and see if there are any others I should be tipping. Usually there is not as many scratchings as there has been over the last couple days though. I try and keep it to just 10 tips a day though and they are the best 10 I can find from my system selection process.
You might get the odd Saturday where I will tip 15 or so because it is harder to separate so many good horses.
