AVR, yea its a shame you didnt see my earlier note on this horse the the trials thread. I have laid this thing for plenty each run this time in. Its second run in its career, it was heavily backed. I backed the winner(london ink) at 70's on betfair, as Gruenfeld was backed for stacks, and finished 4th.
I thought Murchada and the Bel Esprit horse were the only 2 winning chances.
A 3yo has to be pretty good to beat older horses with no real weight relief, or the older horses have to be very average I find.

I saw the heading for the thread (not sure who started it) and no posts under it, so I just added one. I don't like taking enforced lay offs from things, even if it's only for a day or a month. No tears, no pain, but a bit annoying. And I hope for those that were affected heavily by it, that it never happens again.
