MELBOURNE, Dec 15 AAP - The Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board will on Tuesday hand down its decision over the Mark Riley-trained Diablo Rosso returning an elevated TCO2 reading.

Diablo Rosso returned the positive pre-race blood sample before the running of the My Jet Aviation 0-62 Hcp (2400m) at Bendigo on August 4.

Racing Victoria stewards charged the Mornington trainer with two breaches.

Racing Analytical Services Limited confirmed the sample from Diablo Rosso was shown to contain total carbon dioxide (TCO2) at a concentration in excess of 36.0 millimoles per litre in plasma, which is the legal limit.

The RAD board heard the case on Thursday.
