Really not sure who will win, but I think there is great value in the first round. Bernard Tomic is $1.60 to win against Nikolay Davydenko, who is the 29th seed and is an absolute bulldog. Davydenko at $2+ looks a great bet.

TOMIC could be a very good player, but has a nut case old man/coach.. needs to shed him an start building some muscle, an court movement... the kid is a poo clone talented but very very LAZYYYY

Jordan, Woods, Bradman, Tomic. Our Bernard. Sensational win. One of the all time greats. Gotta play the chromied out of it journeyman Xavier Malisse. Should pound him back to Belgium.

Ya right on the money there toots.....tomic should tear malisse a new pooper valve, but this will be a real danger game for damir tomic....its a match people will expect him to win now after his performance against the r sod

Damir Tomic is on fire. Malisse is a human joke. Tomic will put him to the sword. Best prospect since Todd Reid.

-40.5 games in the Tomic match looks safe. Either Tomic wins easy or Malise wins easy.

$7.75 for the straight sets win, only wish i'd been more confident and stuck more than $10 on it. Malisse was abysmal.

Even though Djokovic seems to have his mental strength in a good place at the moment this is the kind of matchup that in the past would get him calling for the trainer at innapropriate times. Wimbledon quarter finals against a young 18 yr old who can whack the fur off the ball as easily as he can play that horrible slicing backhand down the middle. The kid has some real changeup tactics in his arsenal and Djokovic is a real rhythm player. Wouldnt surprise me in the slightest to see Tomic take one of the two opening sets. Djokovic to win 3-1 at $3.75 looks like a nice bet. Obviously i hope Djokovic loses the plot completely under the pressure of what looks an easy matchup with massive rewards for the winner and Tomic cruises through 3-1 himself at $15. Cmorn Aussie!!!!

Like your line of thought chilli......but nosack djokovic is a class above the boy at the moment....i hope tomic really pushes him like he did rafa at the aussie open and takes a set, but i believe he will go down in straight sets...he has done real well for a 18yr old at this wimbledon and has many a yr to come......

I love how he doesn't allow to be dominated. He can hit tremendous winners which in-turn has always been Hewitt's nemesis, he's always relied on his grit and determination on getting balls back rather than being the aggressor. I reckon this kid really has something special let's hope so anyway because Australian tennis need it for there future.

I can hear my old coaches fave advice resonating off novaks racquet. Whenever I hit a ball long in practice he would tell me that it's a pretty simple game really.. You hit the ball over the net and in the lines more than the other bloke you win! Djikovic is just making him play as many shots as possible.

I enjoyed the 2nd set lol!! Now just roll him out tomic and he will start calling for the trainer!!

WOW!! For those unpatriotic Aussies not watching- Tomic 3-1 up 3rd set, double break point for a double break and most likely the set and what happens? The ADHD kicks in and the kid doesn't hit another ball in the court to go down 6-3 10 mins later... Novak was in serious serious trouble! Man oh man!

Great match from Tomic... Arguably was the dominant player for most of that match apart from 3rd set brain fade which lasted 7 straight games. 3-1 djokovic and chillis bank manager is happy for another week. Next week is another story?!

Gee, I think Novak will consider that one the great escape. If he was up against a more mature player with no concentration lapses, he loses and loses easily.

dunno Nudgey... wouldnt underestimate the matchup with Tomic. Novak is really a rhythm player and Tomic thrives on giving his opponent nothing to get used too. Generally the hardest games to win are the ones you are expected to win but rarely do you get those kind of matches in the quarters of a grand slam. The kid played really well and cant wait for Novak v Tsonga... gonna be some kind of match!!
