He has loads of ability that horse but barrier 2 on a wet day at the end of the day up the straight is not what you would wanna run him in first up after troubles. Think they should scratch. Wide barriers are they way to go, and good soft trackers cos itll be cut up afte rthe MC and some rain. Spirit Of Boom opened up stupid odds at 21s, Parables huge chance and some chance so Shadowfax who is a good soft tracker over 1400m so 6furlongs up the straight will suit and drawn well. Also Facile Tigre I give a chance. Quaddie will pay huge by the looks of it.

Is it really going to be that wet commando? I know the inside is not going to be the place to be, but surely conservationism is massively over the odds at 17's and 5 the place. Especially with how catapulted ran on sat!

Extremely open race with the massive field. Luckily the barriers don't mean much down the straight. have got Parables rated $7.15 fav. Have Screen rated $7.80 and at the $13 current quote represents some each-way value. Shadowfax unders 1st up.

to be honest dont know much about Conservatorium but I know the inside will be chopped up by the end of the day. Outside will be the place to be even if its dead5 or 4 because noone would have ran there all day. A couple lengths advantage in these races are huge. Looking through it again, the fit horse drawn out wide with good turn of foot and nice dead and slow track for Parables will be awfully hard to beat.

CONSERVATORIUM i think is a great chance to run a place. Very lightly raced 4YO. They have a good opinion of this horse. Snapped up the $5 place..could be my get out at what looks like a very hard days racing.

with a field so huge and the swoopers coming home late does anyone else think it might suit eagle falls? personally i hate backing the horse but if there is some confidence about it at those odds i'll bite

let's try this again... Queensland quinella?!! FACILE TIGRE strong win last start and is flying at the moment... and GUNDY SON is over the odds at $31... beat Metallurgical last prep, loves the distance, will relish the firm track... both horses drawn out, which should be the place to be, obvious concern first run down the straight, but if they handle it, they should go close... PERTURBO the danger, loves the straight...

Screen on top.More than handy record this distance and like so many in this race has a good chance at good odds.

I'll be backing eclair big time. Has been set for this a long time ago. Has gone in with 2 very nice trials, and just loves the course. Perfect barrier for the day ( outside rail going to be so critical tomorrow ). It's my best for the day. Will be throwing in shadowfax, an unlucky perturbo, and a fast finishing king hoaks for multis. I can see this race paying really well for exotics.

PERTURBO scratching makes things easier for me... interesting to note the trainer has a high opinion of SPIRIT OF BOOM, rates it higher than Temple of Boom would you believe.... Was unlucky not to win a race last campagn, drawn perfectly in the middle, if he handles the straight like Temple, he could blow them all away....

I'm still all over eclair in this race. But Selections; i was at track work the other morning and a few of the trainers were talking about spirit. They were saying how Gollan has never been so confident on a horse winning. He's had this race in mind since last year. Has drawn to get the ideal run, i'll be saving on him. Good luck.
